These Terms & Conditions apply to The Vamp Winter Skin Event 2026 promotion offered by Vamp Cosmetic Clinic.
By booking, purchasing or proceeding with a treatment or treatment package under this promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, together with Vamp Cosmetic Clinic’s Booking & Cancellation Policy, consent forms and treatment-specific preparation and aftercare instructions.
1. Promotional Period
The Vamp Winter Skin Event 2026 promotion is available for bookings and package purchases made on or before 31 August 2026.
To be eligible for promotional pricing, treatments and treatment packages must be booked and paid for in full by 31 August 2026.
Vamp Cosmetic Clinic reserves the right to amend, extend, withdraw or cancel this promotion at any time.
2. Promotional Offer
This promotion includes:
- 20% off selected single full face treatments
- Up to 50% off selected prepaid treatment packages
- A complimentary post-treatment skincare kit valued at up to $110 with eligible treatment packages of 2 treatments or more
Promotional pricing applies only to selected treatments included in The Vamp Winter Skin Event 2026, including:
- PicoWay Laser Skin Rejuvenation
- Ellipse IPL Photorejuvenation
- FraxPro Laser Skin Resurfacing
All advertised pricing applies to full face treatments only unless otherwise stated.

All pricing is subject to consultation, treatment suitability and final confirmation by Vamp Cosmetic Clinic.
4. Additional Treatment Areas
Promotional pricing applies to full face treatments only.
Additional treatment areas, including neck and décolletage, may be added at the same promotional discount where clinically appropriate.
Pricing for additional areas will be confirmed during consultation and must be paid in full by 31 August 2026 to qualify for promotional pricing.
5. Consultation & Treatment Suitability
All treatments are subject to consultation, clinical assessment and suitability.
Clients may book either:
- Consult Only appointments, or
- Consult + Treatment appointments for the option to proceed with treatment on the same day, subject to suitability.
Clients booking a Consult + Treatment appointment are required to pay a $100 deposit at the time of booking.
If treatment is performed on the same day, the deposit will be credited toward the treatment cost.
Proceeding with treatment on the day is always subject to:
- Clinical suitability
- Therapist or clinician discretion
- Completion of required consent forms
- Appropriate skin preparation
- Appointment availability
If treatment is not suitable at the appointment, the $100 deposit will remain on file as clinic credit and may be used toward future treatments performed within 30 days of the original appointment.
If the client is deemed suitable for treatment but chooses not to proceed on the day, the $100 deposit will be retained as a non-refundable consultation fee.
A consultation does not guarantee that treatment will proceed.
6. Eligibility
This promotion is available to suitable clients only.
Suitability may be affected by factors including, but not limited to:
- Skin type
- Medical history
- Medications
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Recent sun exposure or tanning
- Active skin conditions
- Recent cosmetic or skin treatments
- Contraindications specific to laser or IPL treatment
- Vamp Cosmetic Clinic reserves the right to decline, delay or modify treatment where clinically appropriate.
7. Payment Terms
To secure promotional pricing, treatment packages must be paid in full by 31 August 2026.
Promotional pricing cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases or unpaid packages after the promotional deadline.
Packages are not confirmed until payment has been received in full.
8. Treatment Scheduling
Treatments purchased under this promotion may be scheduled after 31 August 2026, provided payment has been completed before the promotional deadline.
Treatment courses are generally spaced 4–6 weeks apart, depending on treatment type and clinical recommendation.
Appointment availability is limited, particularly during winter periods. Clients are encouraged to book early to secure preferred appointment times.
9. Package Expiry
Unless otherwise specified, prepaid treatment packages must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase.
Unused treatments remaining after the expiry date may be forfeited.
Extensions may be considered in limited circumstances at the discretion of Vamp Cosmetic Clinic.
10. Refunds & Transfers
Prepaid treatments and treatment packages are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by law.
No refunds are available for:
- Change of mind
- Failure to attend appointments
- Relocation
- Personal circumstance changes
- Failure to complete treatments within the validity period
Any refund or remedy request will be assessed in accordance with applicable consumer law.
11. Cancellation & Rescheduling
All bookings are subject to Vamp Cosmetic Clinic’s Booking & Cancellation Policy.
Late cancellations, failure to attend appointments or insufficient notice may result in cancellation fees or forfeiture of the booked treatment session.
Repeated cancellations or non-attendance may affect future booking availability.
12. Treatment Results
Individual results vary.
No specific outcome, result or degree of improvement is guaranteed.
Before and after images are examples only and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of individual results.
Clients must follow all preparation and aftercare instructions provided by Vamp Cosmetic Clinic.
13. Risks & Side Effects
Laser and light-based treatments carry risks and may not be suitable for all clients.
Potential side effects may include, but are not limited to:
- Redness
- Swelling
- Sensitivity
- Temporary pigment changes
- Bruising
- Crusting or flaking
- Burns
- Blistering
- Scarring
- Infection
- Unsatisfactory or variable results
Risks and downtime will be discussed during consultation prior to treatment.
14. Sun Exposure & Preparation
Clients must follow all pre-treatment instructions provided by Vamp Cosmetic Clinic.
Treatment may need to be postponed where recent sun exposure, fake tan, active tanning, sunburn or other contraindications are present.
Failure to follow preparation instructions may affect treatment suitability and results.
15. Post-Treatment Care
Clients must follow all post-treatment instructions provided by Vamp Cosmetic Clinic.
Post-treatment care may include avoiding sun exposure, heat, active skincare ingredients, swimming, strenuous exercise or exfoliation for a specified period.
Failure to follow post-care instructions may increase the risk of complications or affect treatment outcomes.
16. Complimentary Skincare Kit
Eligible treatment packages of 2 treatments or more include a complimentary post-treatment skincare kit valued at up to $110.
No complimentary skincare kit is provided with single treatment purchases.
The skincare kit may include:
- Moisturiser
- SPF 50+ sunscreen
- Cleanser
- Post-care instructions
Kit inclusions may vary depending on stock availability, treatment type and clinical suitability.
Vamp Cosmetic Clinic reserves the right to substitute, alter or remove products within the skincare kit at its discretion without notice.
The skincare kit is not redeemable for cash, credit or product substitution.
17. Loyalty Points & Other Offers
This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion or voucher unless approved by Vamp Cosmetic Clinic.
Loyalty points may be redeemed toward eligible package purchases but will not accrue on promotional package purchases.
18. Medical Disclosure
Clients must disclose all relevant medical information before treatment, including:
- Medical conditions
- Medications or supplements
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Allergies
- Recent cosmetic treatments
- Recent sun exposure or tanning
- Changes to health since previous appointments
Failure to disclose relevant information may result in treatment being delayed, modified or declined.
19. Refusal of Treatment
Vamp Cosmetic Clinic reserves the right to refuse, delay or discontinue treatment where:
- Treatment is not clinically appropriate
- Contraindications are present
- Preparation instructions have not been followed
- Medical information has not been disclosed accurately
- Client behaviour is inappropriate, unsafe or abusive
Unused package balances in these circumstances will be assessed in accordance with clinic policy and applicable law.
20. Advertising & Images
All promotional material, treatment descriptions and imagery are provided for general information purposes only.
Before and after images are examples only and do not guarantee the same or similar results.
21. Errors & Omissions
Vamp Cosmetic Clinic reserves the right to correct any genuine pricing, promotional or typographical errors.
