Anti-Wrinkle Injections

Antiwrinkle injections are used to smooth facial lines and wrinkles typically in the upper face – forehead, frown lines and ‘crows feet’. Small amounts of anti-wrinkle solutions are injected with tiny needles precisely into certain muscles of the face to relax muscles and soften lines, creating a more relaxed and youthful facial appearance.

Antiwrinkle injections have rapidly grown in popularity over the last 20 years. With injecting techniques becoming more sophisticated, antiwrinkle injections allow you to look more relaxed and refreshed without looking frozen or ‘done’. At Vamp Cosmetic Clinic, our doctors and nurses perform more advanced techniques including treatment of the lower face and neck to help slow jowling (‘Nefertiti Lift‘), treatment of hyperhydrosis (excessive sweating of the underarms, feet, face and hands) and treatment of teeth grinding also called bruxism or TMJ dysfunction.

Antiwrinkle injections are one of our most popular cosmetic treatments due to the fact treatment is minimally invasive, there is no downtime following the procedure and results are predictable and reliable. Results can be seen within 72 hours of the injections, with the full effect of treatment taking up to 2 weeks.  Results typically lasting 3-4 months but can last as long as 6 months. Individual result vary.

Antiwrinkle treatment is a medical procedure and involves adminstering Schedule 4 pharamceuticals & medical risk. It should only be performed by qualified and trained Doctors and Regsitered Nurses.
