We value your loyalty. Vamp Cosmetic Clinic’s new loyalty program rewards you every time you visit. Receive 5% of your spend back in credit every visit*. Spend your credit at your next visit on our full range of services*, skin care and gift cards. There is no minimum spend and no minimum accrual to access your reward. Simply book your next appointment and save.

*Excludes C02 laser skin resurfacing, C02 laser mole removal, MINT thread lift and miraDry treatment, package treatments 

1. Joining the program is automatic at check out
2. Make a purchase and receive 5% of your spend back as a credit to spend at your next visit. No minimum spend. For example, spend $500 in clinic on any of our services*, skin care or gift certificates and receive 50 loyalty points (= $50 credit)
3. Our system will accrue, calculate and store your credit for you
4. You’ll receive an SMS notification when you earn credit, and a follow up SMS when your credit is due to expire (credit is valid for 6 months from the date of accrual)
5. At your next visit, our reception team will let you know if you have credit to spend, so you never miss out! There’s no minimum accrual or spend to redeem your rewards.
6. To check your credit, call or email us, or download our App from the App Store or Google Play. Create an account. Your points balance will appear under the ‘Loyalty’ section on the home screen.

1. Book & pay for your treatment, product or skincare & loyalty points accrue automatically
2. Loyalty rewards can be used for in clinic purchases of services and products & gift certificates only and can not be used for online purchases. Loyalty points may be accrued and redeemed for the following products and services – gift certificates, skin care, beauty services, laser, cosmetic injectables, PDO mono threads. Loyalty points can not be accrued (but may be redeemed) on C02 laser skin resurfacing, C02 laser mole removal, MINT thread lift, miraDry treatment, all package treatments 
3. A minimum of 1 points (= $1) must be redeemed per transaction, and the number of loyalty points redeemed can not exceed 50% of the outstanding balance of the transaction.
4. Loyalty points may not be used on the date they accrued
5. Loyalty points expire strictly 180 days from the date of issue
6. Loyalty points are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or credit
7. Loyalty points do not accrue on purchases made with Zip payment plans
8. Loyalty points may only be used with other promotions or offers at the absolute discretion of Vamp Cosmetic Clinic
