Gift Card Terms and Conditions
- Full priced gift cards are valid for 36 months from date of purchase
- Discounted or added value gift cards e.g. Mother’s Day or Black Friday promotions, are valid for 12 months unless otherwise specified
- Gift cards are redeemable for any of our products or in clinic services. Not redeemable for purchase of online products
- Non-transferable and not redeemable for cash
- No refunds for change of mind. Refunds if required, are at the discretion of the management and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
- No replacement cards if lost or stolen. Details of purchased gift cards are retained on our POS and may still be redeemed if correct purchase details are provided on redemption
